Police Special Task Force (STF) personnel have arrested a suspect with 12 kilograms of C-4 explosives and 06 helicopters in a raid conducted in the Shanthipuram area in Mannar yesterday (03).The media unit stated that the 06 time bar circuits were destroyed on that spot.
